Before you begin calculating out of pocket costs, check to see if you or your loved one qualifies for assistance through the following programs.
Department on Aging
This resource will give you information about senior resources in your area. They can direct you to your local Senior Services Office, which may have a resource directory to guide you.
*You are eligible for Community Care Program (CCP) services if you are:
- age 60 or older
- determined physically in need of service
- a resident of the State of Illinois
- a United States citizen or legal alien AND
- meet the asset requirements, which will be explained to you when the case manager comes to your home.
